Our Wrexham branch is seeking a Full Time Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team supporting our Lettings Managers. Responsibilities will include processing applications/offer letters, preparing tenancy agreements/records, processing references, booking inventories, taking deposits/cash handling, arranging end of tenancies, handling gas/electrical safety test requests, and preparing all marketing details (window card, displays, advertising) ensuring all properties are available on the system within 24 hours, reception and administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have Lettings administration experience, and will be IT proficient, well presented and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates with strong admin and client interaction skills (both face-to-face as well as telephone) who have an interest in property/Lettings will also be considered. This role will involve some weekend work.
