Easements, Wayleaves and Rights of Way
The property is sold subject to all wayleaves, public or private rights of way, easements and covenants whether specifically mentioned in this sales brochure or not. We are informed that there is a public footpath which is fenced within the woodland itself and runs along the southeastern boundary to the rear of the adjacent residential properties.
From the town of Chirk take the B4500 signposted to Glyn Ceiriog. Pass through the villages of Pontfadog and Dolywern. After entering the village of Glyn Cerirog take the 2nd exit at the roundabout. Continue for a further 2 miles into the village of Pandy before turning right opposite the Bus Stop. Continue up the lane where the land will be found on the right identified by a board.
Method of Sale
The property is offered for sale by Informal Tender with a closing date of Thursday 26th March 2020 for best and final offers. All tenders should be submitted in writing and received at our Chirk Office by 5pm marked 'Lot 6 - Woodland at Pandy’. Tenders by email or fax will not be accepted and the vendors reserve the right not to accept the highest or any of the bids. The successful bidder will be required to attend our Chirk office or the office of the vendor's solicitor by 5pm on Friday 27th March 2020 to sign the contract (as found in the original auction legal pack) and pay the deposit.
