Two additional parcels of good quality grassland extending to circa 5.55 acres (2.24 ha) are in separate ownership to our client's land and are available to purchase by separate negotiation. These parcels are numbered 15 and 16 on the Schedule of Land and are outlined in blue on the accompanying land plan.
Easements, Wayleaves and Rights of Way
The land is sold subject to all wayleaves, public or private rights of way, easements and covenants whether specifically mentioned in the sale particulars or not.
