The land is located at Kenwick approximately 4 miles to the south of Ellesmere and 2.5 miles to the west of Cockshutt in Shropshire. Road access to the land is excellent with an access gateway leading into the parcel from the council maintained roadway.

The land extends to circa 7.19 acres (2.91 ha) and is fenced for livestock. There is not currently a water supply to the land however we are informed that mains water is available in the council maintained roadway subject to arranging for a new connection etc.

Continue ahead for just over three miles through Lee and passing a small chapel before taking the third turning on your left hand side. Continue ahead and the land will be found on the right hand side as identified by the agent's for sale board.

The property will be offered for sale by public auction at the Lion Quays Hotel & Spa, near Oswestry on Thursday 30th September 2021, commencing at 2.00pm.
