Alternate Possibility:

In the Agent's opinion the detached garage on site may (subject to consents) be suitable for conversion into a detached bungalow with accommodation comprising Living Room / Kitchen Area and Bedroom with En-Suite. The garage comprises two 'rooms' of 5.64m x 3.42m plus 3.58m x 3.45m.

Directions:

Leave Wrexham on the A483 dual carriageway in the direction of Oswestry and leave at the junction for Llangollen. Turn right at the roundabout under the flyover bridge and at the next roundabout continue ahead up the hill. At the roundabout by the new 'drive-thru' Costa Coffee turn left for Cefn Mawr, passing through Rhosymedre before turning right signposted for Cefn Mawr. At the mini roundabout take the concealed exit onto Waterloo Place (behind the railings and just before the main off to Well Street). Continue until the property is observed on the left.
